DayZ Dumbest Mistake(s)/Fails

Reading some things people have done got me wondering. With the game as buggy and quircky as it is still being in development, what is the dumbest/funniest/worst mistake/event that you've encountered so for in DayZ either by someone else or some sort of game/server glitch?

Biggest Salty Fail:

So it was right when we first picked up the game, maybe the second or third night we had it and we decided to play on a night server about an hour before sunrise so it was terribly dark outside. We wanted to hit Belota Airfields at night to see if the loot spawns were different or something, it's been a while so I can't remember for sure. Anyhow, it was me, talkos, trig, and blonde if I am correct and the three of us SsT stayed just outside the airfield in the tall grass while Blonde snuck into the airfield to scope things out. He ended up aggroing a few zombies that we couldn't see because of the darkness. At the time we had no idea how many there were but he heard them so he just turned and booked it towards us.

he told us in vent he was bringing us company so the three of us got ready for whatever was in front of us. Talkos with makarov, Trig with an AK with maybe one clip, and myself with a winshester with maybe 60+ rounds. We light a flare in the middle of any open field and stood around it to give us enough light to fight the incoming baddies. We finally at the edge of the darkness make out blonde running towards us...

Blonde (hadn't looked back yet): "How's it look guys, are there many of them?"
Trig: "HOLY S*** Blonde"

about 20 or so rushed in at us and it was full on skirmish mode running around like 4 year olds popping shots whenever we got the chance. When fighting at night, many many more zombies will spawn just outside of the edge of the light source and keep coming in. About 50-60 zombies in, we'd all lost a lot of blood and everybody was down to one or two pistol clips except for me. about 10-15 more were rushing in towards us and I was trying to soak up most of the damage for everyone since i still had winchester ammo left. Right as I mopped up the last ones Trigger, who had ran into the darkness away from the shooting to bandage up and blood transfuse was heading back towards us. Me, thinking there were still zombies spawning in and rushing us (sprained anke, just fixed broken bone, shaking, 5000ish blood) ran right up and shot Trig in the face.

Zombies killed: 56
Murders: 1

Anybody else got any embarrassing moments or stories?

I hit the mother fucking respawn button instead of the option button. SO PISSED.

Shot a guy who was near a tent and moved position. Then peeked and didn't see him, and assumed he went into the woods and was flanking me, so I booked. Came back an hour later and his body had fallen into the tent with only his boots hanging out. I basically got a one shot hs from 250-300 meters with an AKM and ran away from a dead body. Trust your aim I guess is the moral.

I was in successfully making my way through Elecktro on a roof when all of the sudden another player comes climbing up the ladder. We both freeze and look at each other. I cant do the friendly dance because I unbound the lean keys (old school arrow player) so I just start moving left and right. He looks at me confused and just doesnt move. After about 2 or 3 minutes of standing there looking at each other, I head down the ladder which is when this guy starts shooting me. I run around the corner of the building and just wait...... wait........ wait....... I finally hear him coming down the ladder and just turn the corner and lay into him. "FUCK YOU GABRIEL!!!"

Of course his corpse noclips through the building and I cant even loot him. So I try to find my way around the roof to find a way down (I accidentally glitched through a window to the ladder on the roof so I had no idea how to get down). I hear a zombie walking around the perimeter of the building so I edge close to it and....... *slip*, fall off the roof just one story, which breaks my legs and knocks me unconscious. I then proceed to bleed out and die.

I was just north of Cherno looting around when I see another player start running for the woods... So I gave chase.

I chased this asshole for like 20+ minutes until I was literally 10ft away, blast him in the back 2-3 times with my revolver.. only to have him turn around and blast me in the face with a slug from a Winchester. I died.
