Password TS channels?

I think a good thing to do is just do our best to know who is in the channel with us. If there is a name you don't recognize, just call out and be like "hey _____, are you there?" and if they don't respond give them a warning and then a kick. Plus if they are a legit player using TS, it'd be a good opportunity for an introduction and make them feel welcome
