GameStop App / Impulsedriven - Install

This is somewhat of a guide and more of a rant to installing DayZ from GameStop online.

Why GameStop and not Steam? Had a 50$ gift card to GameStop.

Step One:
Purchase game on GameStop.com. Simple.

Step Two:
Download and install GameStop App. Login to view game library. Easy.

Step Three:
Select Arma II for install. You'll need 2-3 times the space of the game to install. Arma II is 7.5gb so you'll need at least 21gb of free space. Also, some patches will install during the installation.

Step Four:
Repeat the above process for Arma II Operation Arrowhead. Some patches will install, but not all of them. GameStop App patches up to patch 1.54. That's a problem, you'll be able to install DayZ but will not be able to join servers.

Step Five:
Manually install Arma II OA patch 1.60. Then manually install Arma II OA patch 1.62.

Step Six:
Run Arma II one time. Then run Arma II OA one time.

Step Seven:
Download and install the latest beta patch.

Step Eight:
Download and install Six Launcher. Let it update and install DayZ.

Step Nine:
Use Six Launcher to play DayZ.
