ENEMY CAMP LOCATED! YR DayZ

PaintBaller got the drop on us again last night. A group of 4 of us were moving East to West towards Taft Grove and decided to hold for a moment at the main road intersection that comes out of the desert area and T's with one direction going East towards Zelesniki and the other West towards Tolmin. We weren't there a few minutes when a Camo UAZ is spotted heading West. (now earlier roake commented that PaintBaller was spotted with a camo UAZ so we were keeping our eyes open for it) Assuming it was PaintBaller we opened up on the vehicle with a DMR, 2 M16 variants, and an AS-50. Now we were at the top a hill about 200 meters at the closest point from the road were the UAZ was at and it was moving West away from us so needless to say we only were able to land a few shots.

So knowing that PaintBaller likes to circle positions and has a decent understanding of the terrain we began to move North across the road about 400m to see what we could see. After a few minutes we move again but heading West to the next ridge line that is just above Koritnica. As we come up to the ridge line we go prone and peek over. As I peek over I spot a Zed at the two buildings at Sela (about 400m west and a bit north of Koritnica). Nuckle pulls up the AS-50 and looks beyond Sela and see two players at the peak looking towards us. He calls his range at 400m and fires.

Nuckle shoots low.

After accepting the oh shit moment we move back down the hill we are on going East (opposite of the guys we shot at) because we just gave away our position and PB will move around on you. So we go East then cut north 500m to another ridge so that we can see our old position in addition to our previous path and north approach. We sit there for 5 minutes or so contemplating on moving again when CRACK. That son of a bitch tags Lefty with a headshot and then takes a few shots at Fumble who was just beside him.

Nuckle and I run south down the hill we are on while Fumble sits tight on the hill next to the now covered with flies Lefty. Over the course of the next 10 minutes Nuckle and I move West and then South to the coast while Fumble remains on the hill. After the initial shots no others were heard so we don;t know if he moved out or was waiting for us. Nuckel and I logged on the coast right before Fumble decided to make a run for it so not sure if he made it out or not.

I can only assume that the shots came in from he East/ North East as I was watching West - Fumble South - Nuckle West/ North West and Lefty North. PB also had the L85 which he pulled from Lefty the night before so once he knew we were in the area he had the advantage on us.

The l85 is end game. There is no counter/balance.

Ugh.... second night working late.. my 5:30 is running late so who knows when i will get out of here. Might not even get out in time to vote. If its too late i probably wont get on tonight either. Farming a low pop server is fine when my brain is fried, but not YR after 8PM lateley.

I was headed to their base to raid some stuff, but ended up sliding down the mountain and dying. Lost my GPS, CCO SD, etc.. found my body (flies buzzing around), but it was under the map and couldn't get to it.

I'm practically geared back up. I still need NVG, GPS, etc..

I can verify that Sheriff, Rooster, and the rest have not been on YR in a while. I've actually been running around with them on the BMRF servers.
