I have found PaintBaller and Co.s Base of operations. They have a yellow Ural and a chopper. 021 049 For the Ural, 020-048 for the chopper. Im staking it out now. Hippie van is there as well.

Nice find ....but!

They stole our yellow ural and the blue one parked near the bus,and they were loaded .So we have to move our shit from there ASAP.
Or we are going to end up without having anything.

And i dont want to mention the fact that you missed them in a stationary chopper from 300 m with a AS50....ah i did.

Clarified in game, chopper was moving by the time i crested the hill. It was probably closer, maybe 200m. But i was zeroed for 400, and like i said, it was moving.

Well, i stuck around as long as i could in an area south of their camp. I waited for them (the [TW] clan) to either return on foot or come back with the chopper and it didnt happen. Im sure they will be moving locations now since i popped off those rounds so close to their vicinity. No biggie though, i say keep them on the move and disorganized. We still have 2 secondary camp locations so we should be in good shape in the long run. (They appeared to have found our Krn Lake campsite and began boosting our vehicles).

Im going to continue my recon with the sole purpose of exposing every place they call home. Having a long term goal like that is going to help me retain interest in the game. Anyway, if anyone is interested in coordinating some recon runs your welcome to join. Im outfitted with an AS50 and M4A1 CCO SD. The idea is to move with stealth and avoid engagement unless from a distance with quick egress from the hot zone. Preferably we would be the team that provides advance intel for an assault. This team will not be looting per se, we may have to for food and drink depending on our locations, but we would not be looting choppers crashes and the like. If anything we would provide intel on the location and if needed provide over-watch for a couple of guy to loot them.

I KNOW we have some guys that love the PvP aspect more than me, so i encourage those who have avoided YR because of low pop to join me. The guys we have been fighting (i have died to them twice so far) are decent players, they don't pussy out and avoid contact. And the population has been growing every day, there were over 20 new sign ups over the last 4 days alone.

Personally i would love to coordinate with a squad of guys like Sheriff, Blonde, Sly and others. You guys know who works best in your group.

And to avoid mass confusion, the squads should be limited in size to about 4 people, or if its a big squad, 2 man fire teams that stick to each other like glue.

Nuckle took down a chopper last night that was circling the Kern Lake camp. The chopper unfortunately had friends on the ground or it drew in players because we ran into PaintBaller and his buddies when we moved in to investigate the newly downed chopper.

I have noticed with these guys that they do not move together, they appear to travel/ move with a decent amount of distance between them. This is the 3rd time I have seen PaintBaller get the drop on someone because we have eyes on a player at a distance and not out of nowhere PB will come in on top of us. Last night he did that with Lefty, Nuckle, and myself. After the chopper was shot down we proceeded to move in to see what damage was done to the remaining vehicles. As we moved to the tall peak NW of camp (200 m from lake) a player was spotted on the opposite ridgeline to the NE. Lefty ran up to the peak of the ridge we were on while Nuckle and I stayed about 100 m behind looking left and right of the peak Lefy was on (so N and E). After a few shots into the guy we lost sight of him behind the ridgeline as he moved down it, as we began to relocate Nuckle spots a player to the North. At first we thought it was the same player but it was to far away for this guy to move there in such a short period of time. Just as we get up to move Lefty gets nailed by something from somewhere. PaintBaller took Lefty in a shot or two and we have no idea where he is at. He wasnot behind us to the W or to the South and East as we had good sights on those areas. After a few seconds of contemplation we decided to run W - SW up the hill to Kern peak and then down the hill towards the river. We did not start taking shots until we reach the ridge line to start moving down the mountain so I am thinking PB came in from the NW along the ridge.

Nuckle and I took shots all the way down the mountain but we managed to dodge em. Nuckle and I moved across the river and scoped the ridge for 10-15 minutes but did not see anyone and Lefty made his way back up to Kern to find the place wrecked but no one there. Not sure if the tents still exist or not but the vehicles are gone according to Lefty.

So if you engage these guys and only see one, expect one or two others to be circling around on you. If you catch them together, make sure you keep eyes on them.

Yup. I had a feeling they would be moving from the northwest. I sat up there between our camp and theres for a good 2 hours looking for signs of them. There is a whole lot of nothing that is easy to navigate quickly in that area. PB has become a bid more deadly with those rangefinders..... The guy reminds me of someone else i know.... he has his minions charge in and reveal themselves to draw fire, then flanks our position.

It also appears that all of them have a very good grasp of terrain, direction and location. That is essential in communicating enemy positions.

I was headed to their base to raid some stuff, but ended up sliding down the mountain and dying. Lost my GPS, CCO SD, etc.. found my body (flies buzzing around), but it was under the map and couldn't get to it.

I'm practically geared back up. I still need NVG, GPS, etc..

Only other thing to add is that Just because people do not have the TW tag on does not mean they are not running with them.

Indeed , you can read some of the acces requests on YR . Couplle of other guy's said they are together with TW(Tribal Whores) but they don't have the tags. So be extra carefull,KoS rule active!
