In beta, I found that an easy way to get certs was to start back capping using light assault/a fast moving vehicle. It also opens up additional fronts on the continent, which allows for more strategic play.

That doesn't work anymore, you cannot cap if you are less than a certain number even if there is no opponent near.... No more cap and run.... I know I tried...

Yup, you also can't cap a hex part that isn't connected to another hex part your faction owns.

Don't get points at all for defending either, but if you do defend things the enemy tends to come at you repeatedly meaning you don't have to go looking for them to kill and earn xp.

Wow what a difference it makes, like a different game. Completely eliminated all the studdering. Did I say WOW!

Edit: Did find after unparking cores you have to restart for it to take effect.
