Scopes

As someone who really can't play well...errr not shitty on the shooting part without some sort of scope, I'm curious as to what scopes people have found to be the best or the worst. I realize it can be personal preference and based on the weapons (Something I need to learn as to which starters are best for what), but still curious.

On my Vanu character, I've been putting the 2x scope on some of my weapons as I've found it the best of the scopes (for me anyways) so far. I have a couple 4x ones on my NC toon, which is alright I just hate when you bring it up and how it looks *shrugs*. Besides, as is pretty obvious, it is pretty bad for close range stuff. I think I have a 3.4x as well, which is slightly better but I hate how it looks with it up even more then the 4x.

I use the simple red dot scope on my Vanu. Fast target acquisition

For Vanu get the 1x or 2x Reflex if you want something simple that still lets you have full view of the surrounding area. The reflex sights for vanu have no 'surround' or tube.

The 4x sights are pretty good too, but I tend to put the laser dot on the rail if I do that so that when things get close I am not losing out by firing from the hip.
