Not sure how much people watch twitter/check other forums so thought it should be posted here as well. Starting Friday morning, it is going to be a double XP weekend (Ends Monday morning), so this weekend will be a good time to play if you need to stock up on certs =p.
Also mentioned on twitter, and in the title, Smedley mentioned there are going to be rolling out a big patch next week. The only specific really mentioned was work being done to infantry render distance, but supposedly a bunch more improvements as well. I'd post specific links to the tweets if I had any idea how to do that, but hopefully just a link to his twitter will be okay?

I had read somewhere (maybe twitter?) that engineers were supposed to be getting their AA turret options sometime in the near future.
Massively had a blurb on the double xp.

Higsby posted up some of the balance changes they are making next week, mostly dealing with ground vs air (and one or two vehicle).

The best thing in there, my opinion, is that they are nerfing rocket pods!

Seriously, the double XP thing right now is the best ever.
I just got about 100 certs from a defense of a tech plant. Quite a bit of that from resupplies.
From what I can tell, almost everything is double XP, except for Sunderer spawns. Kills, revives, resupplies, kill assists, tank destruction, it's all good.
IT'S A CERTPOCALYPSE.

The double XP plus boost makes getting certs real easy. Just be careful if you purchase a boost. I'm pretty sure that if you unequip a boost, you lose the remaining time which could be bad if you already have an Alpha Squad boost equipped. Also for those of you that may not know, your Alpha Squad boost is available on every character you make.
