Re: The Day Z Chronicles
I would be lying if i said i wasn't butthurt over what happened last night.... no make that extremely butthurt. Killed by a random fucking crash, which pretty much took me out of the action for the rest of the night. Actually, i wasn't killed, i was sent to de-bug with nothing again. Then to the coast. What a pain in the balls. It would have been one thing to have been sniped out of the pilot seat, or even to lose control while evading fire and crashing... but it sucks to lose out to "no message received for 10 seconds".

Re: The Day Z Chronicles
So the lowdown of last night's action... Geek, war and I head towards a sighted flying chopper. We park up Oliver (the red banditmobile) and we get out and start to scope out the area... I get called away to help my wife for a few minutes, log back in and decide to get a better view from the bluff, when I spy the chopper. War and Geek are south of me, I take a couple of pot shots at the chopper to figure out if it's a new pilot, the lads come under fire from an unknown, I start to loop and chaos ensues, war and geek get downed, I try to double back on the "sniper" they are calling, shots rain down and I deke to cover, I get killed by a second shooter. Buddy pops the choppers gunner. Server restart destroys Scott... The end. Hehe look forward to the next day!

Re: The Day Z Chronicles
Did you get debugged too? Nuckle was the only one in the chopper with me and he survived somehow, ended up spawning in Rogovo after the restart. I however, ended up stripped of everything except the ghillie and ended up in De bug plain. If it was just me that got screwed over (the loss of the chopper is what it is) then i wouldnt worry about it.
BUT that said, its a good question. In the event of a hack attack or something of that magnitude, it would be great to have a protocol in place to roll back.
