exactly, Its an added step. BMRF does it by IP. IP captured via Login/signup on forums. Added to Dayz player whitelist. Dayz Server Approves IP. All is Well.

Before going all in on advertising, are we sure we are running the config that will be long term? Meaning, not having to wipe the database to do changesl? The current Vanilla version, as of last night, was still running in an odd day/night cycle. .

Don't know enough about DayZ admin/install, but there are also a lot of non-vanilla add ins/ons/tweaks that are really cool which might require something other than a vanilla install.

Know that Yacht Rockers (along with a bunch of others) use Bliss Private Hive as their base install.

Your right that some third party stuff is required to make some of the changes we would like. My bad for jumping the gun on getting the word out... it just so exciting! Glad i posted here before on the DayZ mod forums. I did however let the YR guys know that we have a server up an running now.

Playing at night is giving me crazy eyes. Like I haven't killed anyone in a couple of days.
