FOR 1.7.5.1 - How to modify the Crash Heli spawn rate, variance, chance, and location (radius):

If I understand this correctly, suggest setting the spawn rate to 20 minutes (20*60), variance of 5 minutes (5*60), chance at 1 (if not already), and increase location to 3000. I could be wrong though.Sent from an undisclosed location.
