How do you get vehicle permission.

in reference to "permissions" vehicles are bought with resources at the terminals everyone is talking about and then you own it until you deconstruct it or it is destroyed. So if you see a vehicle in the game you cant just run up and grab it, it's locked and belongs to someone. I think Pg Dwn is the button that lets you fiddle with vehicle permissions so you can let squad mates in and keep others out or whatever.

If a pilot bails or disconnects the vehicle opens up for one person to switch to pilot but then it locks again.

Everything worked out great. Thanks for the help. Im just trying to figure out what the odds are that every terminal i went to prior to today was for weapons.

The amount you have available to spend / purchase a vehicle should show up in the lower left of your screen when you use a terminal.
