Haha archers are soooo fun to kill, especially when they try to block a full 2handed swing with a swiss army knife and get blown 15 feet back

Even when I'm playing archer myself I live according to that mission statement. I go hunting with my warbow, armed with broadhead arrows, and 90% of my job as an archer is to laugh after I stick some douchebag in the face with an arrow and watch him die. The ones that man the ballistas are fun too.

What I'll never understand about other people who play archer though, is why so many of them ignore people manning ballistas. I mean, they're a stationary, ranged target. They couldn't be easier to hit if they wore a giant bullseye. But way too often I gotta try and tell my team's archers to clear people off ballistas on the "kill the king" map.

When I'm any melee class though, I take extreme pleasure in cutting down enemy archers. You can always get one or two before an enemy melee even notices you.
