If it turned out to be something more along the lines of the zombie infection and they made it so you would get infected if you were scratched and bitten AND they improved the zombie movements so it wasn't as spastic and glitchy than I could be ok with it...

Like you said, it would depend how heavily it was integrated into the game. With how rare anti-biotics are now, it'd be easier to just kill yourself and spawn again healthy

Great point. I'm not yet sold on the overall push for disease and infection in this game, but we'll see how it turns out.
