DayZ mod on through Steam

Does this, Arma II: DayZ Mod on Steam, streamline the install process? Or has this been the process all along on the client side?

Well the main issue is I can't actually join the only server worth playing through it...

If you launch Day Z the traditional way TeamPlayerGaming.com is greyed out due to incorrect version.

This conflicts with what you said before. Did you mean to say you can't play using the steam version?

If by that you can't find it put teamplayer in your filter and it should appear. When I tried to join through the steam version it corrupted my DayZ file. I think you need a fresh install for this to work.

It works but the in game server browser is pooched.
