The next event?

I have commited all my Alpha3 Lite keys to the BF3 community, but there are many of us who have bought the game. Merrit, Scion, and probably more. I'm sure they would appreciate a reach around Civil.

In terms of the event. I would like to see a Team event. Mulitple 3-man teams having to complete an objective. Whether that be King of the Hill, Capture the SUV, a race of some kind (but I think that would take all day). Just something that has set teams and the team can work together to accomplish the goal.

I think right now we need to do something simple that we can advertise, so that we can attract more new players. Then once we have the server filling up regularly we can do more intricate things. Just my opinion.

Random simple events... Admins puts a working chopper on the map somewhere and posts the whereabouts. Custom loots drops are a big bonus too..

I agree, the KISS method is a proven strategy. Max's "Come at me bro and win a car" event was a good example. I could see doing that in the new Arnoldstein.

If we want something quick and easy, we just need to do something once a week. Start of with Hub or Nuckle picking a day that works best for them and have them get on during prime time. We will post on the Steam Group, Reddit, DayZmod that we are starting an event. Hub and Nuckle can spawn in a special vehicle or whatever they want and start an event.

Example: Spawn in a special helicopter, not a Huey, and give the location via God chat and see what happens. Maybe put a nice gun in the copter also. Give the server objectives to do.
