Dota 2 in game movement question

Is there a way to single tap center the hero or toggle a camera lock on/off. I find navigation during tense moments to be frustrating during fights, when I need to focus my cursor on a target while seeing what is coming at the same time. I am trying to learn the default key layout but it just feels so damn awkward.

Double tap f1.

Make it a habit to double tap f1 every 3 secs. Basically a way to refocus.

I just moved back over to my arrow keys, and set up the ability binds on my mouse. I just couldn't get used to using the mouse only to move the screen (too many misclicks like that).

I cant really help then. Its a mouse movement game with keyboard dor hot keys. Not sure how it would work if you move with your keyboard.
