NS2 Stream.

Seeing as I'm gunning to get more TPGers interested in this game, as well as other randoms more interested in my gaming, I've started streaming all my NS2 matches. It's a new thing, so I don't know how it's going to turn out, but I've made a bunch of new friends playing this game, so I decided I could try and get other people interested in this way. I've just been hopping on full servers and learning lately. I seem to do alright with a Gorge, albeit I don't get many points, but I do alright. I suck as a Skulk, and am actually pretty good with an Onos and know how to not die with it.

As far as Marines, lol, I'm figuring out where I'm decent at there.

Yeah, Skulk is pretty hard to do in the beginning. I had trouble with it myself. Basically the key to Skulk is to never stop moving, and never run in a straight line. Doing those two things should keep you alive longer. Learn to use the walls as much, if not more then, you use the floor. Onos can be a little tricky in itself, because you have the biggest target painted on your back as an Onos. People are going to focus on you, chase you down, and try and kill you. Sometimes I have a little trouble staying alive as Onos, but that's only because I tend to be a little too aggtressive with it. As for Marines, there's not much I can tell you on how to be good with them. That's mostly just learning how to aim in this game. I'm pretty decent with a shotgun, and I'm not bad with a rifle. But I'm still having a lot of trouble killing just single Skulks that I run across sometimes.

Will do. I played the original NS and have to admit that I have a lot to learn. I tried going alien but it just didn't work out too well so I went marine. Even though I am behind the learning curve, playing with a weapon is a little easier to handle (to start).

I was surprised that the Onos seems to have been toned down from the original. It has a ton of health, but its attack seems far less threatening (from what I observed). The fade is a fierce as ever.

I have a lot to learn again!

Lol, two Onos with some support can wreck a base. I've seen a two onos + two fade base rush destroy the base. Onos go for obs while fades keep marines off them. Once obs is down, go for power and its game over.
