if constructive criticism is needed i would say get rid of that intro. Intros are old news what you need is just a simple emblem overlayed over the start of the video and say your intro and what you will be doing. I know mics are expensive but i would suggest the blue yeti snowball mic. and one last thing be yourself. who gives a rats ass what other people think as long as you are who you make yourself out to be people will follow you.
