Told you, uninstall everything...I mean everything and reinstall Arma2 and Arma2: Operation Arrowhead on Steam. Use DayZCommander to update your Arma2 and DayZ (original mod) files. Your problem is that you are still using the Beta website and zipping the files manually. I had the same exact problem, because you have to manually install the files into your folders and with all the different mods and maps, it just gets really really confusing. You delete things you shouldn't and a lot of times files overlap and cause problems.

Take the time for a fresh install and your life will be much easier. If you don't want to take the hour to do this, oh well. See you in StandAlone.

Then you shouldn't be having to Zip anything.
