This. Antibiotics are hard to find and finnicky on of they'll work. If you eat rotten fruit you will get sick and slowly die. Better to die a quicker death by starvation.

This Seems to be a "How to Die" Sim.

I dies to everything. And Rotten fruit is more prevalent that Zombies.

Can we compile a List of all the Useless Loot?
How about all the Loot that will kill you?

I read the Dev Blog for Week 2 of SA and Camping Stoves aren't implemented, but are lootable in the game.

Blonde touched on the subject of eating and drinking. The bottom line is if you only drink or eat until the messages go away you are only on the line of starving again. Go to a well and spam the drink key until you get a message "your stomach is completely full" then go on about your business. Wait until you stop getting messages about your stomach being full, then eat and drink from your inventory till you get this message again. The thing about the game is that you do not regen blood until your food reserves are full. This also helps prevent you from getting sick if you get hit by a zombie. Same with getting hurt. If your screen starts fading out keep eating and drinking until you are full. When the full messages go away eat and drink again. This keeps your regen status in full swing.
