Rocket Leaving BI and DayZ. "I feel like DayZ is a fundamentally flawed concept"

I admit I bought SA even though I was thoroughly against it. It's my own fault. The Fanboys promised it would be awesome, so I believed them. Last time i ever do that.

7 days to die is different. I watched videos on it for a while and contemplated buying it, 35$ was a bit steep, but then the Price went down. I love it so far. Don't regret a thing. It's not popular enough to get anyone riled up to the point of fanboyism.

7D2D is an interesting concept - I still didn't enjoy the feel. I love minecraft but 7D2D didn't feel nearly as polished. The game simply doesn't offer me enough difference from minecraft to warrant playing it over minecraft (a game I have spent way too much time in).

The zombies actually work in minecraft you mean.


Only kidding :P. I haven't played 7 days to die so I don't know. I did see some videos of it in it's VERY early life though. It wasn't enough to peak my interest either.

Early access games have that tendency of changing quite a bit though as you all should know. So maybe I will look into 7 days to die again soon. DayZ for example has more changes coming very soon. A new devblog was released the other day I highly suggest you guys go watch. Personally I think the game wasn't for me at release. I think those feelings are shared by many others but instead of bashing it I choose to remember that this isn't final product and wait until it is. I mean look at Arma 3. They released it the same way as DayZ and it is a great game. An opinion I did not have when it first released in alpha.

For once this guy is actually spot on. Too many people are excited about an unknown. If rust gets dinosaurs I'll buy into it at that point. Currently I don't like dayz SA but trust the end product will rock. I won't get on either side right now im on a platform watching both sides share options. I'll wait for the ipo to drop!

Never sold you on anything good sir. In fact I was never pumped for its release. I was content on waiting.
