Mic & Headset for 360

Okay so i raged and broke my mic.

No big deal was a little cheap thing, but i can not get to the store to buy one for a bit.

The logitech g35 is the headset i have it plugs into the comp by USB. So could i plug this in to my X box and use it?

Or does it have to be directly into the controller.

Has to go through the controller. As a side note, though, cell phone headsets will work with it.

Ive never tried it but there is a usb port on the xbox below the power button

Its much more expensive, but the turtle beach ear force x1 is pretty awesome. I got it as a gift for Christmas, and I've got to say, its awesome to play the music as loud in your ears as you want late at night without waking up everyone else in the house. You would need to avoid mixing rage with it though, they're like 59.99 each :2

The Xbox360 usb ports do not support audio in/out, it would need a new firmware. Hopefully Logitech will come out with an accessory that allows for the optical out to be used, and a wireless mic attachment for the controller.

ive broken at least 5 of those things the wireless ones that xbox makes are good but then my dog chewed it. so im going with the regular cheap one with a stress ball near me.lol
