I totally agree on the FF comment, especially since it seems like mollys don't go off if you get shot getting ready to throw one, so only a bad throw will cause problems... Plus, if FF is on, teammates will probably get pissed at someone who blocks a chokepoint with fire that they want to push. Using the Dust2 example, CT's who want to push B tunnels will get pissed off at someone who throws a molly in there.
I also agree that this will just require changes in the way calls are made that take mollys into account. Delaying rushes is certainly a reasonable strat. Either way it changes the way a map plays, I think in a good way.
