Literally, they are everywhere? Is anybody else seeing this? I know valve's level designers aren't this bad, so I think there might be something wrong...

Just in case the picture doesn't convey the message, GIANT ERRORS everywhere, probably 2-3 to a room. It was just fine the past several days until this round of Nuke tonight

I had this happen before on CSS and it seemed to be just a single object that failed to load correctly. Should go away after restart. I took some screen shots and the people in game had no idea what i was yelling about like WHHHAHAHAHATT

Yep, those are map errors...do as enf suggested...and also defrag your game files:

The error model (or 'giant error') appears on models which for whatever reason fail to load and act as a place holder. Verify your game cache.

If that doesnt fix it, load a fresh map where you consistantly get this problem and check the console for any related error messages (will be something along the lines of ___ model failed to load because ____)
