Perhaps it would be a good idea for those who really aren't cheating to be able to appeal their ban, but I can imagine there'll be more complications with the whole system

I've seen people have their cooldown removed (at least one on the SPUF) so there are at least some checks and balances.

However I've played with Roca and he's Really Good.

A lot of people cheat. A lot of top players are really good at cheating and covering it up. Anti-cheat systems do not catch them. It's a shame.

Ban them all.

eh, I remember thinking alot of pros cheated..then I played them at LANs where they played as good or better...I doubt most of them cheat. I know a few that did/have and got caught or admitted it - Fr0d, IMK, warmachine(kinda...def. different circumstances though) for example.
