But on a serious note Civil, when you get to the point when YOU feel you don't suck anymore and can take some friendly criticism, hit me up. Unfortunately it takes time for a player to realize when they are baiting out their team and not following the call. Thus the reason for criticism and structure. You of all people should know this. So put your big boy pants on and stop being a pussy about being a teamplayer.
Jeeze no wonder the TPG server isn't around anymore. People have gotten soft around here. Yung where are you when I need you.

We've been having unprotected teamplay with the local populace. Spreading teamplay like it was an STD. Some of the randoms are toxic as hell, but late night players tend to be more bearable. Though, nothing beats a lobby full of TPGers.
I saw vafa priming last night but it was right as I was heading out. I wanted to hop in and help but by the time I got back everyone had logged off for the night. I've talked to a handful of OG TPGers in matchmaking who weren't aware the server was still up. Alot of people in matchmaking lately, I'm sure if a bunch of messages got sent out at a good time on the weekend and we could get the server populated.
Unfortunately, Valve has changed the name of the game. TPG was legit because we had a hardcore pub when pubs were cool and we did it best. TPG still does it best but pubs aren't what people do anymore. Unfortunately, the mentality of the game now that valve has created is that if it's not matchmaking then it's not the real deal. Pubs and casual are for practice, ranked is for real. The ranking system, twitch streamers, and MLG/CEVO has even further re-inforced this mentality.
We've adapted time and time again with battlefield, ARMA, and the like to do what people like and to do it better than everywhere else with teamplay, but CSGO is a different animal now than it used to be. We just have to figure out what people are playing, and how to do it better like we always have.MaFioSo liked this post
