The highest I've personally seen was 75-80 by Trigger on de_dust2. Joined the game when he had like 72 as a T.

My best was somewhere in the 60-65 range as a CT on de_piranesi.

I dropped a 71 on Chateau one night. It seemed like every corner I turned there was a row of t's running at me, and it felt like every bullet I shot hit one in the head. It was crazy. Never had a map like that before, and prob never will again. I felt like I was in god mode.
