    Also, Max, what did you use to edit the pic? How'd you save it, what settings did you use? I started out using Gimp, but I recently re installed PS just for this, but it's still happening. So idk if that has anything to do with it. I just wish it would just work haha

    I took the image with the screenshot command in CSS, opened the file (a .tga) in Paint.net, erased the non-accessible areas from it, saved it as a .tga, imported it into VTFEdit. Them I used a .vmt from another map that has a working radar and edited in the proper x and y values and name.
    We can do better.

    Well then wtf is wrong with my shit haha

    I've done this about 10 times, and it's still ends up screwy. It's strange, the first time I did it it worked fine, but after that it screwed up. Then I thought I figured it out, and it screwed up again the next time I did the same thing. So idk. I'm still searching the nets for some hint as to why it could be messing up, but till I find out what's wrong I'll be working on an old project I have to re-do.

    You are clipping the radar into a square right? With the right edge being where you had the red marker?

    I forgot to say I did that in Paint.net too.

    Yea in the square, 1024x1024. The odd thing about my issue is when I edit the X and Y in the .txt file, it doesn't change, but when I edit the scale the scale changes.
