    Exclamation Round CVAR Changes

    By vote of CSS admins, the following changes have gone into effect on both servers:

    * Buy time has been reduced to 15 seconds
    * Round time has been reduced to 2:30

    This has been decided to reduce imbalances on certain maps where a side is able to keep buying nades to spam from spawn and hinder the rush of the other team. This is kind of 'cheating the system' and shouldnt be a problem after this change.

    I'll leave this open in case anyone has any questions, comments, or constructive criticism.

    I like the shortened timer. It will definitely help the slow play call feel much shorter... Good changes all around!
