For further reference... I have no clue how to use God chat. Is it public chat (y) then @[message]?

I believe you need the space after the @ sign otherwise everyone will see it

I tried the "@ [message]" but I still see it as normal chat. Is this how it works? Sorry I am unfamiliar with Source backed admin software.

first team talk in Team talk use @(message)

yep: "y" is for all talk, "u" (for me) is team talk.. So: "'u'@ --message--"

Should you feel someone is cheating, or you would like to speak to an admin while in-game, feel free to do so by typing "@ (message here)" in team chat.

That's from the DoD:S rules and policies topic. It needs to be added to all rules and policies topics for Source games.
