Thread: unban request

#1. Why do you think you got banned?

I am not used to this kind of 'pub' - I was doing the best I could but I was new at almost every map chosen except 1 or 2 - So calls were made, I didn't know what terms meant - I tried to follow teammates but smoke was everywhere and CT's were throwing nades and shooting, the usual. So I got lost quite a few times , one time with bomb, players got po'ed at me - I am just not used to players calling strats out at start of game - so when I was accused publicly in front of all the players by an admin of something ridiculous such as 'baiting' at the end of a round - I was very confused at why admin was accusing this so I defended myself at start of match - Someone then said 'oh my god shut the fuck up' over their mic and then immediately I was banned.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
server ip: 184.173.90.91:27015, title just says teamplayergaming.com CS:S I have no clue what the admin was this was my first night playing on the server


#3. Why should you be unbanned?

Totally unfair to call me out for 'baiting' when there is smoke everywhere and I can't see and have absolutely NO CLUE what lies on the other end of the smoke - not once, EVER have I baited a player - I don't do that lame ass child stuff - I die for my team all the time and I always provide cover fire and I am usually the first to push on maps I know - but those guys were like 'No don't push, that was the call - Stay back' - I asked if I could simply peek and pick a guy off on an angle I am good at and again, told not too. So whoever accused me of 'baiting' obviously hadn't watched me play a lot or knew my intentions.


#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

I did my best and will continue to do so. I just need time to adapt to such a strict setup with strat calls and such. I don't think it's a bannable offense to be nub at certain maps - My kdr on some maps are frequently 3:1 or 4:1 but most maps I have only played once or never. So I was embarrassing myself and looking all nub - but I was trying my best like I said.

I was in the server during this time. You need to push with your team and remember to be quit at the beginning of the round for the strat caller to get the calls off. You were warned several times for not "pushing" with your team. You are new to the server, however that is not excuse. Push with your team on rushes do not sit back. That being said your ban was for 1 day. You should be able to connect to the servers tomorrow. Thank you for the post.
