Not so much a rule but a recommendation. Use your mic (though diligently). If no one is making calls don't be afraid to yourself. Call out things like the bomb not moving, the bomb out of place, players misplaced outside of the call. Constructive guidance, or just generally voicing your recon can go a long way to winning. Also makes you an asset rather than a liability, especially in the eyes of admins / regs.

I've had to play in some non-tpg servers in CS:S recently when priming failed...I can definitely see the point of stating that admins are to stay anonymous. Almost all servers I've ever been in made no effort to hide who the admins were..many indiscriminately using admin chat to hold personal conversations, and/or stating over mic that they personally will ban trouble makers. Been so long since I played anywhere else that it seriously made me double take. I've played in probably a half dozen non-tpg servers in the past week...all of them were like that.
