I love the MX because you can adjust the sensitivity in game. I play mostly BF and 2142 So when I hop in a transport or a copter I adjust it down to make it easier to fly. Or in a turret I adjust it up to max the speed I can rotate it at.

I have a G5 mouse at 2000dpi and game sensitivity set to 7. Is the Mx518 wireless? If so don't get it, and grats on a good mouse if not, I love Logitech.

The wireless issue depends on the mouse. A "gaming-grade" wireless mouse probably means you paid for better error-checking and such in the transmission. I have a logitech G7, and absolutely love it. I've tried to interfere with it. The only way I managed to do it was to put my router (with a massive antenna) on top of the mouse base.

Plus, the G7 comes with two batteries, so you always have one charging, and hotswap when the other goes low.

I went from stock dell mouse to the razer copperhead.
Settings are on 16000, as far as wireless I feel that you will always have a solid connection with wire.

true jason. but wireless technology is greatness and the EM waves travel through air very fast. Most recievers are within a meter or two of the wireless mouse meaning that there isnt a noticeable delay.
