Also pay attention on HOW you word something.

Emotions and intent are not conveyed through text and what may be a harmless observation or request for knowledge can come across as an attack or complaint.

Now, I can join games and play fine now. I can even join friends games and play fine (I do this rarely). but if that friend is peashooter (I do this FREQUENTLY) it is touch and go. It sometimes allows me to join his games, and other times refuses to let me play along with my friend.

The game will start to join, then will fail stateing "Failed to join game".
It does this durring VS or CoOp game join attempts, on game lobbies or games in progress. He has the same results trying to join My game lobbies or games in progress.

Opening the console after this event states:

So apparently "ConVarRef" is the issue... but I dont have any idea what to do with this information. Any ideas on what is going on with the game that it has inforced a digital restraining order agenst us?
We tried both restarting Steam (and even our entire computers) and it didnt fix the problem.
