It crashed because it wants you to play 2142
. But kidding aside did you load the latest Vista compatibility update that was released a couple of weeks ago?
I think this is it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932246
if I remember correctly you just loaded Vista recently, right?

Re: I just tried to get on the TTP CSS server
Ruuhhhhh? i am slightly Vista ignorant as I don't have a box at home running it but I think I found something.
The link I gave you was for a march update, here is a link to the August 10th Compatibility update http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929427/en-us.
Also here is an excerpt from HardOCP about the Visata performance update [b](KB938979)[b]:http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
Windows Vista Performance Updates
Those two Windows Vista performance updates that leaked onto the internet last week are now available for download from the Microsoft Download Center. I’m going to grab it now, I’ll let you know how it goes. Report your experience with this update, good or bad, in the forums.
This is a performance update. Install this update to improve the performance of Windows Vista in certain scenarios. Additional information about this update can be found in KB Article 938979. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.
