Damn good list; can't disagree with any of it. Can't think of much to add either. Maybe ambush points, which you've kind of covered in co-ordinated attacks, but just adding a little attention to terrain. And using the witch, (lurking behind her, ideally with a smoker) which comes to pretty much the same thing as an ambush point.

6) Hunter pouncing on my smoked survivor. I know it can happen by accident sometimes, but many times I see it done intentionally. If I have someone smoked, go after someone else.
I have to disagree with this... if your a smoker and you smoked someone. Good for you, but if an idiot hunter took your survivor then THAT'S EVEN BETTER! It gives you a chance to run and smoke another day, just leave the hunter to die and go hide in a room or something before they kill you.

And number 10 I talk about alot online.. Sometimes people think i'm an idiot.. but of course after awhile they see only a hunter attacking them and 5 seconds later the rest of the three spawn and then there "Wow.. you were right. You know your stuff huh Darky?"

This can be argued with. If the hunter is clawing someone in my face why am i going to risk shooting it possibly shooting my teammate upfront when i can shove him off then shoot or keep shoving. I usually shoot them if they are from far while running to get my teammate if they are still pounced for some reason. but if they are in my face ill shove them.

8) Attacking individually, instead of as a team. This happens so much. Hunter pouces, gets killed. Smoker smokes, gets killed. Another hunter pounces, gets killed. If they all attacked at once, they could have done some serious damage. Coordinate your attacks!

This pisses me off as you need to Ambush alot. i see good ambushes and one dumb hunter or smoker screws it up Or the boomer fails at hiding.

What Kalec says is true... no matter how hard you try.. there is ALWAYS going to be a mess up in the Ambushes.
And for hunter pouncing thing, again true... If they're far Away crouch and shoot it. If near you Melee till they die, or melee once/twice then shoot them and avoid shooting your teammates since they sometimes get in for the kill instead of you doing it...

Good list. I agree on most things.

Yes the patch made it so that they won't take damage but look what I said again.

Example of what I mean: NM1 while outside Hunter pounces (not AI) Zoey player, You melee and Zoey gets back up. Zoey might be angry and charge to it while your shooting it. You can accidently shoot her since she is charging like a raged bull at the hunter, So you can A) Continue shooting and kill it before Zoey gets in way, or B) Hurry after the hunter (while still stunned from first melee) and continue pushing him around till he dies.
