Starting the server back up when empty

How many of you have started the servers back up or help? I have not that many but i have like GG or top 5

Anytime I get on a server, it fills up within minutes. Gun Game is a little harder-usually you have to wait for school to get out.

Ive had some times in the day when the server is just dead, like 1 -3 peeps on it. But ya it does fill up somehow when you join Tony, I wonder why that is??

Its either that I enforce teamplay or people want to rank up fast 8)
