    Your system information looks fine.

How are you gaining access to the internet? Is it via a router, or are you using the Windows Internet Connection Sharing? If it IS a router, how are you connecting? Is it wired or wireless?

I assume you have reset the router already?

And you say you don't get any freezing or stuttering when you are in single player mode, right? Not even when the horde attacks you?

I agree it is a connection issue.

I assume that all PCs in the house connect to the router, and the router is connected by a cable to the broadband modem.

Do you have the ability to connect your PC directly to the broadband modem, and bypass your router and test it that way?

That will allow you to rule out a router problem.

Iggy is on the job! He's probably right. Try isolating your computer. I know my wife likes to surf the web, but if she does it while I'm playing, I notice my ping go up. If she watches a video, forget it, cause my game goes into lag hell
Gaming, it's wuts for dinner :P

Someone in another forum just told me to try this:

    rate 20000

    cl_cmdrate 30

    cl_updaterate 20

I was almost sure this simple code wouldn't work but it worked xD
Such a simple solution to solve a damn freacking complicated problem

Iggy and the others: Thanks for all, I was really suprised how ppl here try to help each other in this forum, tkzzz

Glad you got it fixed. I would, however, be interested in knowing what those rates were set to before you changed them.
