    Just confirm... 256MB RAM?

    L4D needs at least 1GB to run under XP. I'd guess that was the problem.

    That and the 6200 uses a much slower ram then the 6600 (which is the lowest end video card L4D officially supports) and if you have the turbocache version of the 6200 you're in some real hurt there.

    More ram might fix it or might not... can't say with out actually trying it.

    Unfortunately there isn't a lot that you can do... you have a quarter of the ram and a video card that is just shy of what you need as well.

    I'd lean on trying to get a different comp but that's up to you.

    Bumpage, and saying this is one insane post, thank you Syrringe for bringing this type of the game to my attention I guess I have double the work ahead on the road to becoming a CS:S competition player, god I wish I never got Red rings of death or I'd be in the MLG Pro Circuit this year >.<
