Can anyone point me to a list of annotated maps with common names for locations on it? For example, de_Nuke's Squeaky Door, Ramp, twinky, etc.? I've started learning the names much better, but it took me quite a while to start understanding calls and locations. I'll be glad to make the annotations myself if someone will help me learn them.

I noticed that someone asked for map overviews. Here are some of the ones that me and my teammates used in cal/cevo M and through the CAL-IPT before I got deployed and we broke up

Most of these are very very team specific, especially on train and inferno. But all the generally ones are there as well.
This is most likely far after the fact of most people wanting them but hey, everyone was a newbie at some point.

And yes Vin that is illegal, what you asked I mean. What Illusion posted, I use it. =D. Well different buttons.
