    Starting up new servers or is there a problem?

    Both servers went down not 2 minutes apart, you guys do it or is this a problem?

    Check the main page if you haven't already, the CS:S and DoD:S servers both got new IPs. I don't see one for the TF2 server though and it just went down, probably in the transition right now though.
