Smoker. Fun fact:

I've killed more people with Smokers than I have Hunters, Chargers, and Spitters. And I kill a lot with those named SI.

So true, lol. Even a boomer isn't bad to get with a rusher because if they are dumb enough to rush off chances are they can't defend themselves from CI when boomed on.

My favorite one that I play as is the spitter. It's just so satisfying when there's someone down and you spit on them when another survivor is helping them and then they go down too. As for special infected in general, the witch.

The charger gamewise, the hunter in terms of design. Smoker has been just meh since l4d2, so the charger gets my vote. A close second would be the spitter or the Tank.
