Thread: Ban Skiers (if it is possible and does make you go faster)

I did a brief search but came up empty. I played L4D today since I haven't played it much and I got into a versus game. The other team had this dude with a 32k gamer score. I was by myself with bots so I decided to run like hell. They managed to eliminate the bots but I got into the traincar saferoom and shut the door waiting for Bill to die out. All of a sudden a smoker "half" appears and I shoot him. I'm like WTF...then a hunter starts to appear and incaps me in the saferoom with the door shut. I called the dude a cheater and left the game.

That ticks me off cuz a great player won't even give you a chance to win by cheating and getting me inside the saferoom.

It's probably a little glitch or something.

Maybe they spawned where you couldn't see them at all?

There was no one in the saferoom. I was standing the back against the other door waiting and the SI "semi-appears" in front of me like a gitch, and then I shoot it. Next the hunter does the same thing but jumps before I can react.

It's a glitch that you can abuse in l4d1 to spawn inside of the survivors as long as they aren't looking at the ground or at each other.
