Left 4 Dead 3 (is it ever coming)
I don't know about the rest of you but I'm kinda getting pissed off at Valve. Like are they ever going to make a Left 4 Dead 3. Insted of making all these mutations and DLC's they should just get to (pardon my french) FUCKING making on Left 4 Dead 3!

I wouldnt even bother to get left 4 dead 3 if the gameplay is exactly like the past 2 games then count me out. Dont get me wrong i love playing left 4 dead 2 but all the valve games are the same its probaly because they have source engine which they been using since 2004 i just dont like how it is played i mean its not really draw me into the game like it used to be. It was fun at first but now its just getting boring for me :/

I'm too lazy to dig shit up, to provide proof / more detail, but uhm...
Both Chet and Gabe have mentioned having the layout and characters for a set of 4 or 5 Left 4 Dead games, with a total of 16 survivors (4 for each) a fifth game would be to bring all 16 together. They also have the write-ups for the entire history of the infection, blah blah blah.
But to be honest with you, if l4d3 were released tomorrow I wouldn't buy it. Hell, I'd probably buy it in a year or two. Why? More important games are being released in the next few months for me (Brink and, of course, Portal 2).
Right now Valve is focusing on releasing Portal 2, while still developing new mutations and DLC for the left 4 dead games, updates for TF2, etc etc etc. I'm sure that there's also a HL3 or the next episode of HL2 in the making.
I know that you all love your l4d so very much, but chill out....they don't need to release a new l4d game every year, they develop other games ya know.

L4D2 was released less than a year ago and you already want L4D3?! I'd rather Valve took time over the game (if they ever decide to make it), rather than release a steaming pile of shite.
If you want a developer that can deliver sequels on a year-in, year-out basis, might I suggest EA Sports?RIP Mike Starr
