Future reference guys. If someone on the server is quickswitching, WHILE using a scoped weapon to skip the reload animation, notify the admin on the server. If there is not one on at the time, contact one if you know who they are. For the mean time this thread has lost its point, it is not a name people who were quickswitching thread.
