How do you post a screen shot on this forum?

As for screen shots, when you take a screen shot in CS it saves into a folder called screenshots in your cstrike folder. To put them on the site, you'll need a photobucket or something in which you can upload the picture to it and it will give you a format in which you can display it on a forum.

Hit F5 for screen shot.

To take demo:

Console
Type Record Nameofdemo
Type Stop when you are done.
