Thread: so my lag sucks

now i know its not a server issues as im the only person lagging. so i did some searching. i looked for viruses and other things leaching bandwidth. came up empty.
well i pinged my router and it came up pretty slow. so i checked it by putting my laptop on my computer desk and pinged the router, from basically the same distance but wireless. it worked great. so i figured something was up with my cable.
so i pull the pc out some to check its in all the way..... it falls out. turns out somehow the clip broke off.
so tomorrow im going to fry's and im gona pick up all the crap ive been wanting to do to this pc. im done with the land line bullshit as i have to run it threw 3 walls to get it in here. im going to upgrade from my 2.6 to a 3.0 maybe 3.2GHz and jump up to 2 gigs of ram. its been far too long that my pc has been on the cutting edge of 3 years ago lol. the last thing i did to this was put a 256mb videocard in it.

anyway sorry for being so long winded for those who dont like to read. my cat5 cable broke im going wireless tomorrow and i will be back on as a regualr. i am contemplating spliting my time with the BF2 server as well
