Go buy a Visa Gift Card

It is a prepaid credit card. IE you pay for it in cash and it has $50 on it now. Then you use it to make a paypal account and pay for the r-slot.

Or find a friend that has a paypal account and send them a money order. Then they can pay for you if you are approved.

I used a visa gift card for mine a while back, but now one of these days I'm going to figure out how to attatch my paypal account to my bank account so I can pitch in my share of the bills for a reserved slot again.

yeah i just went to paypal, made my own account, attached my credit card to that account, and now it will pull out 5 dollars a month automatically from my account.
