Since CT team starts out with good sniping position it is only reasonable for the T's to snipe them back so they can get to the bomb site, correct? and if a CT goes up the silo and can only be hit by random bullets or a precise shot from a scout/awp/auto and the angle the T needs is at T spawn, why is that the admin punishes the T by slaying the T and thus the T's teammates get sniped. admin claims this as spawn camping, which it is, but so was the CT being on the silo, or a CT spawn shooting the T team before they get out of the gates.
My point is that admins should be unbiased towards the team hes not on and the team the admin is on and evaluate the cause for the camping.

its not a abuse thread. tho this is a clear sign of abuse, im just stating what the map was about. i have no desire of getting the admin(s) in trouble for what they did. i understand what they did. it is just a random thread to help me vent, which after that match and the next match i needed.

The difference is the Ts have an objective, and unless there are no regs on a rush was probably called. If some of your team rushes as called, and the rest hang out in spawn nobody wins. Work with your team no matter the call, and no matter what the other team is doing.

but if plan was for 1 or 2 T's to snipe the CT's so we COULD plant the bomb we are still to be punished for "camping" even though we planned on moving after our objective was completed and cover the bomb? i honestly had no reason to begin sniping in port but in order to get bomb to the site with the most minimal deaths to my team i took it up and thus i get promptly punished and told i was warned when i wasn't.
again this is not a admin abuse thread. im not here to debate his actions. more of the effects of his actions.

It depends. If the person taking charge and calling shots for your team said you needed to stay and snipe from T spawn, which I have never heard of when I have played port, but maybe it happened, then you are correct. If however the call was everyone rush A or B, then that means everyone. The reason everyone rushes is that if the CTs have 2 guys camping spawn, and split the rest, you show up at the site 10 vs 4 with a full server.
Unless your team totally sucks you plant the bomb and set up defense. It is much more difficult for them to rush you with a sniper rifle, so odds are you kill the 2 snipers, and then defend against the rotators. Bottom line again is follow the call no matter what. If all 10 CTs are camping spawn with awps you still follow the call. Your team is the one with the objective to pursue.

correct the call was for everyone to rush boat, with one or two to snipe the snipers on the silo. the only way you can get an angle to see them is FROM T spawn. you cant see them any other way. so what i did was correct to the call. then to continue the cover of the bomb.
the sniper on the silo can kill ANYONE on the boat so even if it was a all rush boat that is still protecting teammates so you can actually get to the boat.

Re: de_port
You most likely took too damn long to shoot him, like Adretheon said. The best thing to do is just take your time with the shots. When they are on the silos then are standing on the railings, to see the boat deck, so they are immobile. Boom + Reload + Boom + Reload = 8 seconds. The admin would not get made at you for that, assuming your plan was to go through warehouse and flank the CTs.
